Im not a Google review guy .. BUT today I am !!! ... Dave Simmons ( who I never knew prior to choosing him randomly from Google ) truly proved he can get things done. It was scary deciding what lawyer you choose to put your life in their hands as Im sure we all realize ... I told him my issue , he said " Ill handle it " .. and he did.. and better than I hoped for. I was happy with him reducing my 2nd degree felony with jailtime on top, to a 3rd degree with no jailtime... I said OK lets take that... But he said NO. I can do better. Alot of these bottom feeding run of the mill lawyers would have just said take that charge , Im done, but he didnt.. He fought harder and got me a pety theft Misdemeanor which was amazing... No jail.. Hes a straight up guy , he wont sugar coat things and bs you as alot of these ambulance chasing clowns will. Hes honest , and does what he says hes going to do. I would recommend Dave to a family member WITHOUT HESITATION. I believe Im a free man because of him. Thanks man! Ill never forget . Hope and trust Ill never need you again but I feel better knowing if I did, I have you in my corner. Hope I can re-pay the favor one day. Fan forever!

I have to say that I didn't know the first thing of what I needed to do for my situation. I was so pleased to have Dave Simmons to represent me and lead the way of what needed to be done. He was always 100% right on target and accurate on everything he told me. I have to say that having someone as knowledgeable as Dave Simmons is so important and hard to find. He had great direction in getting me through my case, always very professional and very patient with all of my questions. He deffinately has all the knowledge that one could ever ask for.
